Crowdfund Your Legal Dispute Today

It costs nothing to crowdfund your legal dispute and Invest4Justice is a non-profit that does not collect any part of the funds that you raise. Many cases have been successfully crowdfunded on Invest4Justice since it was created three years ago, especially for users who are willing to share their case online and to invite their friends and networks to contribute to it. In order to crowdfund your case, simply fill out the form below and click submit. Your case will be immediately published on Invest4Justice and you can begin seeking investments for it (our lawyers will remove cases that are not real). Funders, friends and your family can then pledge to contribute to it, or send you payments directly using Wepay, and once 100% of the funds that are required have been pledged or collected our pro bono lawyers will reach out to everyone to have them sign a litigation crowdfunding agreement in order to provide legal security for the rewards you may offer (contingency fees, part of the amount that your case may win if it succeeds). Users who are currently logged in should post their litigation crowdfunding campaign on another page. Good luck and we hope that you secure funding for your case!

Evidence About Legal Disputes On Invest4Justice

Some friends and funders would like to see evidence about a case before engaging to invest in it. This is quite normal.

To upload evidence, a litigant only needs to log into their account and to click “evidence” and to select the file that they would like to upload from their computer.

editmyprofile

Invest4Justice allows each litigant to upload up to 1GB of evidence about each case and to share this evidence with potential funders.

Litigants can choose three levels of privacy with respect to the evidence: private, password-protected or public.  Private evidence can only be seen by someone using the litigant’s account. Password-protected evidence requires a password (chosen by the litigant) before it can be read, so potential funders must ask the litigant for the password before they can view the evidence. Public evidence is public, and can be downloaded by anyone with a connection to the internet (truly sensitive evidence should not be shared publicly, and we recommend uploading password-protected evidence).

levels of evidence

Password-protected evidence is inaccessible without the password the litigant has chosen.

Description Of Legal Dispute

This case is concerning approximately 38,000 Toll Free Vanity phone numbers. These numbers are impossible to get in quantity and after developing our own algorithm we secured the largest amount of quality toll free vanity numbers in the business securing every industry on the planet and literally thousands of companies only possible to our company’s unique algorithm creating a legal “Monopoly”. The phone company we were working with extorted us, committed fraud as they demanded we give them our numbers or they will release them to the general population which is in direct violation of the Telecommunications act and many other federal and criminal violations. We have an attorney ready to file the case in Federal Court and with the Department of Justice in Washington D.C. and the details of the case can be provided accordingly.

Description Of Legal Dispute

This case is a personal injury case – personal tort, i.e., “defamation” case. The case is in the Central District of California. The Plaintiff is the only remaining plaintiff and needs support to fight this case against Defendants who are heavily politically active and aggressive.

As a contractor, the Plaintiff informed the Defendant of fraudulent activity. The Defendant ask the Plaintiff to commit fraud. Plaintiff refused. Plaintiff was a contractor for a short period of time for the Defendant’s businesses.

Defendant retaliated by publicly making statements that were false and knowingly false, in radio interviews, web postings, using criminal reports that did not pertain to Plaintiff. The Defendant’s public statements are defamation per se, not based on truth; and Defendant has placed Plaintiff in a false light and has invaded Plaintiff’s privacy. This case needs investors in order for Plaintiff to continue.

The defamation on the web has been very hard on Plaintiff’s ability to get a job. The Defendant’s actions have been politically vindictive.

The appellate court denied the Defendant’s Anti-Slapp claim defense and subsequently, the Defendant filed a motion to dismiss.

The Plaintiff is and has always been a private figure with no criminal record. The activity of the Defendant has caused continual harm to the Plaintiff and has propagated a false identity of the Plaintiff by web postings, etc.

Thank you for any and all consideration in funding this crucial matter.

Estimated 5,000% Returns: Copyright Infringement Case Against "The Green Hornet"

Description Of Legal Dispute

In the early 2000’s I had written an action screenplay titled “Casino Night” and after filing several copyrights with the U.S. Copyright Office and the Writers Guild of America (WGA) for each revision made on this screenplay I decided to start going to pitching events around Los Angeles to pitch this screenplay. During one of these pitching events I met Writer and Director Christopher McQuarrie (Writer and Director of “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation”). Mr. McQuarrie liked my copyrighted screenplay, storyboards and concept weapon designs (that were never before seen in film) so much that he invited me to his office to go over everything. Mr. McQuarrie had me wait for 3 hours, while him and several others from Universal Studios went over my copyrighted screenplay (“Casino Night”), storyboards and concept weapon designs. Later, they turndown my copyrighted screenplay, storyboards and concept weapon designs on the claim that there was too much action and not enough dialogue after making copies of all my work, which I witnessed. Years later after watching “Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising” I was curious to know what other films Seth Rogen had starred in and discovered a film titled “The Green Hornet”. While watching “The Green Hornet” I discovered huge portions from my copyrighted screenplay “Casino Night” and copyrighted concept weapon designs plagiarized, which you can view in a side by side comparison video that is linked to this profile. I’ve spoken to several large Entertainment Law Firms around Century City, CA. and they all believe I have a winning case, but I now need to raise enough money to retain one of them and pay for litigation costs.

Estimated 5,516.31% Returns: $66,195,735.62 CONTRACTUAL FRAUD LAWSUIT ALREADY FILED

Description Of Legal Dispute

Hello, I’m trying to raise money to litigate my lawsuit, which I’ve already filed for in the amount of $66,195,735.62 with an attorney. The giant defendant that I’m suing has an annual revenue of 240 million dollars, but has no problem with not compensating his employees. I’m not able to afford experts or additional attorneys to aid in this lawsuit. In 2011 I began working on a film production and was made to believe that I would receive a percentage from the film production’s box office sales once the film was released instead of compensation. I was also made to believe that if the film production was ever canceled I would receive compensation for my work under a salary bases along with unpaid vacation and severance pay. After working for 70-80 hours a week for 39 months this Employer and Executive Producer decided to cancel the film production to invest his money in other business ventures. This Employer and Executive Producer is now refusing to settle his owed compensation and has decided to hire TWO law firms instead to protect himself from paying anyone, because it’s cheaper than compensating his employees. I’m suing this Employer and Executive Producer for the 39 months of owed compensation along with contractual fraud, breach of several contracts, property loss, severe mental anguish and personal injury, which may require a Personal Injury Attorney. I was told by several big law firms that my case was an easy win due to the evidence.
