Estimated 500% Returns: misrepresentation, loss of family company shares The Netherlands

Description Of Legal Dispute

I am suing my brother cs for damages for taking over my 50% share in our 4th generation very profitable family company for 1 euro in 2009 without my knowledge or acceptance. The company holds 2% of national production of mussels in The Netherlands, holds licenses for oyster farming and a unique 50% participation in a German mussel farm.

In 2008, he asked the local court in NL through the family notary public to appoint an administrator (of his choice) on the basis of the claim that I was “unknown” as a shareholder. The court nominated the administrator who subsequently refused to accept me as the shareholder and “sold” my shares to my brother in 2009. Sales by the family company group in 2009 was more than €3mln and has been consistent since then with clear profitability and relative few costs. I was at the time based in Ireland and unaware of what was happening. Without income from my NL in 2008 onwards I lost €4mln of investments in my Irish factory in 2010. It took me 5 years to proof my shareholding at the local NL court. Now the NL court has finally nominated an independent valuer. An invoice for this valuer is however due and I am eager to find capital to continue this court case which should result in a claim of at least €5mln, but more likely around €10mln.

Fees of valuer are estimated at max €50k with another maximum of €100k in lawyer’s fees.

Countries Where Litigation Finance Is Available

Litigation finance can easily be obtained for cases in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, as well as much of mainland Europe, although the terms are sometimes usurious. Many traditional litigation finance providers will only fund cases that are located in the OECD, however, no matter how strong the case is on its merits. Many litigation finance providers are from the West, and they are understandably more comfortable with only funding cases that are located in their backyard.

Since Invest4Justice is a platform allowing the provision of litigation finance by ordinary investors located throughout the world, there are no non-legal restrictions in terms of the location of cases that can be funded. Nor are there non-legal restrictions on the location of individual investors who are free to invest in a case on the platform. The only restrictions for providing litigation finance have to do with laws and regulations of countries where litigation funding is mistakenly prohibited, primarily China, although there are other Asian countries and territories (notably Singapore and Hong Long) where litigation finance is allowed only with respect to certain types of cases.  world map without china

Thus, investors and litigants from the following countries are free to receive litigation finance, or to provide it, on Invest4Justice. In essence, litigation finance can be obtained for disputes anywhere in the world, except for China.

Legitimate reclaim of valuable gold assets

The Republique of Guinea claim is the latest listing taking Crowd litigate to new heights and claims that can reach 1000 % or more for interested funders.

This claim has a spectacular collection of of valuable mining permits within the Sunguiri basin of the Republique of Guinea, a Palaeo-Proterozoic sedimentary sequence and part of the Birimian gold belt that hosts many large mines and deposits such as Morila (Rangold), Singuiri (AngloGold Ashanti) and Sabodala (MDL).

The properties form part of the Dinguiraye concession which in turn are part of a special concession known as the Convention du Base. The Convention du Base result from agreements dating back to the late 1900’s where the Guinea Government, IFC and other institutions reached agreement for an injection of funding to the Guinea mines industry in exchange for 1,500km long term mining concessions of which these properties are indicated to be part of one and rarely come onto the market..

BRM geological studies have detected 26 anomalies of gold and is a key strategic acquisition for close by mines.

Certain parties have embezzled the properties and have illegally dealt with them. THR7 Limited the claimant seeks recovery of it’s rights and assets and has variety of options to do so; to view the campaign please click here.

The case is well advanced and 3 years of forensic investigation are complete which indicated embezzlement and fraud on several levels.

The claimant is raising $500,000 to cover legal costs and the claim excluding costs could be as high as $25mm arising from the improved value of the properties over time.

The Guinea Government or any other authority should recognize the claimants investment in the properties and in the absence of proof of payment by the fraudsters of their alleged $2mm + another $1.25mm payment for the properties.

Exciting cases like this do not come along every day.

Litigation Funding: How would you feel if you were wronged by a Real Estate broker regarding your own house ?

4047405736

It is not uncommon to be wronged by someone, but as it usually happens at a small scale, in the private sphere like neighbors not agreeing, or families not getting along, it results in moderate consequences. It happens, and often a simple solution comes along and solves the said problem.

Unfortunately, how would you feel being wronged by a professional claiming to be doing his job ?

That’s what happened to johnhewett225 which campaign you can find by clicking here .

Indeed, it surely is undeniably easy to manipulate random people asking for a service they don’t know much about. And in this case, imagine your home, your own house, being the subject of this manipulation. Real Estate is a very complicated market and every amateur turns to a Real Estate broker whether they wish to buy or sell, and hand them a blind trust.

The legal dispute started when the licenced Real Estate broker told them they owed $470,000 more than they actually did against their proper property. After manipulating them into thinking that they could not trust the mortgage bank admin because their situation was “very complex”, he then succeeded to make them sign a short sale agreement, without telling them that their home was really worth $1.2 million and not a short sale value of under $800,000.

This case is not the only one, and it is unreal to think that a licenced Real Estate broker would ruin lives by manipulating, tricking and hiding some very important truths. It could happen to any of us, and invest4justice is here to reveal these injustices, turning it into a litigation funding to help these people who were wronged, and in John’s words: “Please Help !”

You can read his campaign and donate here: https://invest4justice.com/campaigns/estimated-255-returns-scam-short-sale-real-estate/

Estimated 1,250% Returns: RECLAIM OF VALUABLE GOLD ASSETS

Description Of Legal Dispute

Claimant has gold mining assets in the the Republique of Guinea. The properties are within the Sunguiri basin, a Palaeo-Proterozoic sedimentary sequence and part of the Birimian gold belt that hosts many large mines and deposits such as Morila (Rangold), Singuiri (AngloGold Ashanti) and Sabodala (MDL).

The properties form part of the Dinguiraye concession which in turn are part of a special concession known as the Convention du Base. Very valuable assets. The claimant has been defrauded of assets and the investor wishes to claim back their rights and assets through ICSID World Bank arbitration. The acts of fraud are simple to prove as 3 years of forensic investigation are complete which displays 2 levels of fraud. The initial investment was $500,000 the possible claim excluding costs could be $500,000 ++ up to a possible $50mm arising from the improved value of the properties over time. The Guinea Government should recognise the claimants investment in the properties and in the absence of proof of payment by the fraudsters of their alleged $3.25mm investment into the properties the case of ownership should be simplified and the return of the assets to the rightful owner should be made. In the event of fraud parties committing fraud are also personally liable under such circumstances.
