Estimated 500% Returns: Justice for Victims of Religious Abuse

Description Of Legal Dispute

I was assaulted and abused by a fundamentalist Christian cult known as “Weimar Institute”. I am fighting for justice for myself and the other victims–especially the elderly, the children and other vulnerable victims. Help me get Justice for ALL…

Myself and other victims of abuse are fighting a legal battle for justice and seeking to raise $50,000 to help with expenses and legal fees. I thank-you in advance for contributing to the cause of justice.

I am fighting for justice for myself and other victims of abuse at the hands of a group of extreme fundamentalists operating as the “Weimar Institute”. Like others, I was invited to the Weimar campus to improve my health with a vegan diet and exercise. I was not prepared for what happened to me…and I was shocked, disturbed and traumatized by what they did to me.

Unlike the victims before me, I have not remained silent about the abuse they have heaped upon my head and the persecution they have inflicted on me afterwards. I am seeking help for myself and the other victims of this cult. I have filed a personal lawsuit against Weimar and a class action lawsuit for the other victims.

The Weimar cult are not true Christians–and in fact they promote an anti-Christ agenda by subverting the true message of Christ and elevating their own opinions and beliefs to the level of faith and God. I will explain this is greater detail at a future time.

The Weimar cult are racist, misoginistic, backwards bigots who believe that women are inferior to men and should only stay at home with the children. They will not allow women to be pastors–in spite of the fact that their own prophet is a woman!

It is one thing for the Weimar cult to do their own thing on their own if they like. Hurting innocent victims is unacceptable within any context, however. Actively recruiting and canvassing for their anti-Christ agenda is also unacceptable to me

Estimated 255% Returns: Scam Short Sale Real Estate

Description Of Legal Dispute

A licensed Real Estate broker asked to look at our mortgage documents. He then proceeded to tell us that we did not owe $xxx, xxx.xx against our proper property but it was a lot more! Exactly $470,000 more. He then proceeded to hide this fact by telling us that we could not believe the mortgage bank admin because our loan “modification” was very complex and that they don’t even understand it. We proceeded to sign a short sale agreement not knowing that our home was really worth $1.2 million and not a Short Sale value of under $800,000.

By the time we knew what had happened we felt that we were too far down the path the reverse the damage done by this realtor.

We have all this in writing and there is no subjectivity as it relates to this case.

We need funding and a litigator to finish this case. I lost our first litigator due to payment demands that we could not fulfill (I wish I had found this website before it was too late).

Please help!

(this is my first time finding this site and will more than likely have to make some changes)

In a parking lot in De Soto, MO, a woman cursed me out and threatened to have her husband come kick my a**. I told her I did not have time for her (expletive) because I was leaving for my wedding. When I returned home from my honeymoon, I received a notice that I was charged with disturbing the peace. The woman who cursed me out and threatened me, called the police and said I cursed at her. Unbelievably, the police did not just tell her she was ridiculous! Because of this, I had to get a lawyer ($500). Four months later, we went to court with me mistakenly thinking that since this was a he said/ she said case which was only wasting court time, the judge would say this is a waste of time, get out of my court. Unfortunately, my "lawyer" Michael Lowry met privately with the prosecuting attorney and made a deal to just make this a parking violation. The problem was, I could hear him talking to the prosecutor. All he did was tell him what happened and, rather than saying, "there is no proof of who said what, let's just drop this," they said well let's just say it's a parking violation. Doesn't sound so bad right??? Well they said I have to pay $500 for that "parking violation." I thought people were innocent until proven guilty, but I guess with Mike Lowry, you're guilty, but "I'll get you a lesser charge." When I told him I was not happy with that outcome, his reply was (angrily – I guess he forgot that I pay him), "Are you kidding me? I just worked and got this down to a parking violation and you're going to complain about that, are you kidding??? Well, we can go to trial." I would love to go to trial so I could actually talk to a judge and explain that I did nothing wrong. I was cursed out, I was threatened. The problem is, going to trial would mean paying a lawyer again and it would probably cost more than $500.

Mike Lowry did NOTHING for me except steal $500. Apparently, if you don't like someone, all you need to do is go to a public place, call the police and say someone cursed at you, but they left and you can cost them a ton of time and money.

Building Relationships

Building Relationship Video Link

Humanity is about building relationships on Earth, not tearing down or destroying relationships. This writing will cover the relationship between victim and offender. This post could cover the relationship between family members, friends, co-workers, employee-employer, or consumer-company. Instead it will concentrate on the citizen-government interconnection. The offender may be a person, agency, department, or government body. When the offender causes harm to a person, there can be indescribable pain. Sometimes the offender does this unintentionally (as missing the nail in the movie) and other times intentionally. In both cases the guilty party may attempt to cover up the wrong done.

Today, encouragement is given to the victim to build a healing relationship instead of annihilating the guilty. For example, a government enforcement department may have done wrong to an innocent victim and tried to cover up its error. The victim in a separate incidence may need this government enforcement agency later. Encouragement is given to the victim to work with the agency so that wrongdoing will not occur. Encouragement is given to heal the relationship, although complete or nearly complete healing may take some time.

Sometimes a government does not want to encourage healing, may not know how to encourage healing, or may believe it is always right with the victim continually being wrong. In incidences such as these, the sufferer may need help in building a good relationship with the government. This help may be costly to the victim. It is at such a time as this that a helper like Invest4Justice crowdfunding is available. These are friends, investors, attorneys, and fellow victims available to lend support to an innocent recipient.

There is one innocent casualty who is trying hard to get assistance so that some government departments would see the wrong direction they have made and are making. The innocent victim’s cases are listed in the following link. Please support, donate to and receive a cash return from this injured party’s crowdfunding campaign. The victim’s legal cases have been vetted and verified by Invest4Justice crowdfunding attorneys. Learn more, review, donate, and invest today via the following link https://www.invest4justice.com/campaigns/family-law-legal-malpractice-lawsuits-returns-of-up-to-5-00-usd-per-1-usd-funded-2/

Do Some Governments Keep Litigants In The Dark?

A USA news article written today suggests the answer is yes regarding billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The article states “throughout the negotiations — and for nearly a year after the agreement was signed — the victims were kept in the dark, their attorneys said, strung along as government lawyers promised victims they were still investigating even long after they had cut Epstein an “indulgent” deal.”

There is one innocent victim who is being kept in the dark and prevented access (consciously and unconsciously) from the open government system that said it was there to help the injured. You can help bring light to the innocent victim’s case and make the community aware of the harm.

Please donate to and receive a cash return from this victim’s crowdfunding campaign. The victim’s legal cases have been vetted and verified by Invest4Justic crowdfunding attorneys. San Francisco Police Officers Wrongly Give Victim To U.S. Immigration And Customs Enforcement

San Francisco police officers wrongly give victim to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

A 31-year-old man was a car-theft victim. He notified police of the theft in November 2015. Later he was arrested and released to ICE. Two months later this man is release from ICE.

The victim’s “attorney and San Francisco Supervisor John Avalos said the police cooperation with immigration authorities violated the city’s sanctuary-city ordinance that bars any use of money or resources to “assist in the enforcement of federal immigration law” — an ordinance designed in part to make potential crime victims and witnesses feel comfortable working with authorities regardless of their immigration status.”

The above case is similar to a harmed victim who called an emergency call center more than once. The harmed victim is the one who was arrested and is now an injured party of the court system, poverty, and social injustice. A call is ringing for you to help this injured person. Please donate to and receive a cash return from this victim’s crowdfunding campaign. The victim’s legal cases have been vetted and verified by Invest4Justic crowdfunding attorneys. Broadcast That You Are Seeking Legal Financing

Invest4Justice, in addition to being the leading litigation crowdfunding platform, is the easiest way to broadcast to litigation funders throughout the world that you are seeking legal financing for your case, informing professional third-party funders and other potential investors of the existence of your dispute.

In order for a case to obtain legal financing its existence must be known. Invest4Justice has up to 100,000 visitors on a monthly basis, and your request for legal financing will be quite literally broadcast throughout the world. Your campaign will be downloadable in less than 2 seconds (less than 1 second for the United States) from any continent thanks to our powerful edge servers. No remotely similar service exists in the world to indicate that your case is open to be funded, and Invest4Justice is completely free to use for this.

Many cases have in fact come to the attention of third-party funders through Invest4Justice, who then contacted the litigant and agreed to provide legal financing in its entirety. Since Invest4Justice does not require an exclusivity agreement, litigants are free to end their litigation funding campaign on Invest4Justice when they secure legal financing elsewhere, or for any reason at all. The point of Invest4Justice is to help litigants obtain low cost legal financing for their case, so we are quite happy whenever a case ends since legal financing has been secured in its entirety. (We are only unhappy when litigants end up taking out a litigation loan, since the terms of such loans tend to be usurious, and there are much better alternatives to obtain low-cost legal financing without debt.)

Litigants pay nothing for this service – it is completely free to set up a litigation crowdfunding campaign on Invest4Justice that will be broadcast throughout the world, offering a contingent fee in return for legal financing to members of the global community. It is also completely free to end the campaign if legal financing is secured elsewhere, and there are no hidden costs and your information remains secure.

It is also free for any professional third-party funder to register and to contact you, and we indeed encourage this if it will lead to decently-priced legal financing.

Finally, since many litigation funders such as Augusta Ventures are members of Invest4Justice, it is also possible to ask them to wholly or partially fund your case directly from the platform.

On Invest4Justice, the pool of potential funders is not limited to the members of Invest4Justice, or to a specific sub-group of third-party funders, but to the hundreds of members of Invest4Justice, all professional third-party funders and the global community, including many individuals who are just learning that litigation funding exists and is a highly-profitable, yet socially-meritorious, investment.

Dad Unjustly Arrested For Taking His Daughter’s Cell Phone As Her Punishment

This arrest is entirely wrong. The case could and should have been settled outside of the courtroom. This could have easily been handled by a family mediator, counselor, or other qualified go-between person. It is not right to use taxpayers’ money to force non-violent, non-criminal family disputes. This is especially so with disputes regarding how to raise and protect children.

It was wise of the judge and jury to cite insufficient evidence showing a theft charge. There is another case showing insufficient evidence to proceed. However, the courts have refused to consider the lack of evidence. The victim as a result is harmed domestically and legally. Please donate to and receive a cash return from this victim’s crowdfunding campaign. The victim’s legal cases have been vetted and verified by Invest4Justic crowdfunding attorneys. Invest4Justice's Multi-Party Litigation Funding Agreement (Litigation Crowdfunding Agreement)

Many potential investors have asked for a copy of Invest4Justice’s Litigation Crowdfunding Agreement, which is merely a multi-party litigation funding agreement.

While each multi-party litigation funding agreement is drafted to take into account any particularities in a case or the funders, since we strive for transparence you may find a copy below.

What is different from a traditional litigation funding agreement is the fact that there are multiple Funders, which requires the allocation of Stakes between each Funder and the Litigant as well as the coordination of payment mechanisms.

During the funding process Invest4Justice acts as a case administrator, ensuring that each Party obtains what it is owed under the multi-party litigation funding agreement: that the Litigant receives his or her funding and the Funders receive their Stake in the Proceeds. Invest4Justice also supervises the Litigant’s duty to provide information concerning case progress via its online team, while helping to administer the correct distribution of Stakes in the Proceeds that are owed to individual investors.

If investors or Litigants would like their litigation funding agreement to be customized, then this is not a problem as long as Funders and the Litigant agree to these modifications.

You may find a copy of Invest4Justice’s standard multi-party litigation funding agreement by clicking below.

How Long Does It Take To Earn Returns?

This is a good question, and it depends on whether the case settles or requires a full arbitration or litigation.

Cases can settle at any time, so returns can be very quick if this occurs, just a matter of weeks or months. Approximately half of lawsuits in countries like the U.S. settle, although settlement is less common in countries where litigation is less expensive. It is very difficult to know whether a case might settle, but you can speak with a litigant or their lawyer as to whether there have been settlement discussions and request their views on the possibility of settlement.

Arbitrations tend to be faster than litigations since there are no appeals. The average commercial arbitration takes approximately 18 months, whereas the average investor-State arbitration takes approximately 36 months.

If there is no appeal civil litigations can be fast, but if there are multiple appeals then a case could take a long time. Whether there will be an appeal is difficult to predict in advance, but you can speak with the litigant or their lawyer as to their opinion on the case duration. Cases which are ongoing at the appellate level will normally take less time to complete.

Despite potential delays with respect to individual cases, annualized returns can be very interesting. Third-party funders like Burford have achieved annual returns of 60% on capital: http://www.forbes.com/sites/danielfisher/2015/03/18/burford-capital-cashes-in-on-other-peoples-lawsuits-in-2014/

You can invest smaller amounts in multiple cases in order to generate more regular returns.

'Justice for Steven' Avery Bomb Threat?

‘Justice for Steven’ Avery Bomb Threat?

Don’t do it. Making a bomb threat or setting off a bomb is not cool. It is not wise even if the government is dishonest and underhanded. There are more productive ways to show your anger and sadness. Share your feelings with a caring family member, close friend, compassionate spiritual leader, concerned counselor, or considerate justice organization. One such considerate justice organization is Invest4Justice. You can tell Invest4Justice you would like to crowdfund Steven Avery’s case or a similar legal case.

Rigged Justice: 2016 Expounded

The Office of Senator Elizabeth Warren prepared a writing titled “Rigged Justice: 2016; How Weak Enforcement Lets Corporate Offenders Off Easy.” In this January 2016 booklet, it states, “When government regulators and prosecutors fail to pursue big corporations or their executives who violate the law, or when the government lets them off with a slap on the wrist, corporate criminals have free rein to operate outside the law.” Expounding on this, a statement can say when government oversight agencies and the workers fail to pursue government departments or their personnel who violate the law, or when the government oversight agencies lets them off with a slap on the wrist, government personnel have free rein to operate outside the law.

An example of the government departments being accused of operating outside of the law is indicated in the following legal case. The departments making the decisions have refused to listen to fair and objective reasoning. And the oversight agencies have not required corrections. Please help today one wrongly accused person to obtain true justice and answers. The Invest4Justice crowdfunding attorneys have verified and vetted this legal case.
