Invest a little get 800 % return.

I was Wrongfully convicted. Please help me right an obvious wrong. A boxing, modleing, and bodybuilding career gone. I have spent the last 20 years trying to get justice but was stopped at all costs. My children are grown, my grandkids are just meeting me and all I have is one year to clear my once honorable name. Coerced witnesses, timelines aout of sync, and suspect counsel. Please Go to invest4justice. Com. Hall legal defense. Ask questions. Invest for potential return of 800%.

Get Up To 12 Times Your Money Back

Invest in a righteous case against Belarus, the so-called “last dictator of Europe,” and get up to 12 times your money back. I.e., if you invest $1,000, you can earn up to $12,000, if you invest $100,000, you can earn up to $1,200,000, etc.

All cases have a 50% chance of success, but according to counsel for the litigant, there is a 70% chance of success for the Claimant if they can have their day in court.

Please do not hesitate to contact Claimant’s counsel if you would like to learn more about this interesting case.

Use The Global Post Tool

Litigants can use the global post tool to promote their case.

We recommend using the global post tool only after first posting your case on your own social networks, since people who know you already are more likely to be willing to support your case.

Messages from the global post tool are submitted to Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter, Linkedin, Redditt, Livejournal, and a variety of other social networks.

Invest4Justice: The Litigation Funding Matchmaker

Invest4Justice is the leading matchmaker between plaintiffs and independent investors from anywhere in the world who are interested in obtaining the stellar returns that are possible through the funding of litigations.

We provide the platform where cases are viewed by thousands of potential investors every day, the legal services (drafting the multi-party litigation funding contract; advice on which cases are strong), information once a case has begun (a platform once a case has been funded, where information concerning the status of the case is privately posted) and ensure that earnings are distributed according to contractual terms.

First, however, each case must obtain 100% of the pledges that are required to ensure that sufficient funds are in place to fund the litigation. (Please note that no money actually changes hands on Invest4Justice itself. All funds are exchanged directly between one to many hundred individual investors and the litigant, and Invest4Justice does not profit from this initial transaction.)

Please also note that Invest4Justice is basically free: all that we obtain is 2.5% of the amount won by cases that are successfully funded through the Invest4Justice platform.

Now, let us be blunt: there are far more litigants seeking third-party funding than investors at the moment, since investors do not know that litigation funding exists and can be highly profitable. This is a nascent market that will take time to develop. This will change over time, as more and more investors learn that they can legally obtain 1200% returns by funding a case, but for the time being litigants must devote time and effort finding potential investors among their own networks to ensure that their funding campaign is a success.

Of the hundreds of campaigns that have been posted on Invest4Justice since it began two years ago, only the cases where litigants have actively promoted their campaigns have succeeded.

It will take a number of years for there to be a sufficient number of investors in legal disputes to make Invest4Justice easy for litigants to fund a case by kicking back and relaxing once a case has been posted. While a number of cases have in fact been funded through Invest4Justice, we do beg litigants to do far more than simply post their case and hope that investors come with money for it: the proactive involvement of litigants and the sharing of their case on social networks is absolutely essential for a litigation funding campaign to be a success in 2016, although this will change over time once the market becomes more mature.

In sum: Litigants, please do a bit more to help yourselves, since far too many campaigns are posted and then neglected. Almost every case could be funded if you contacted your immediate networks asking for small investments, made posts using our global post tool, and shared your case regularly on social networks. If 100 friends invested 500 USD in your case you would have 50,000 USD to spend on legal fees, and your friends could earn a healthy return.

While we will do everything possible to support you to obtain funding, please do a bit more to help yourselves!

Estimated 320.83% Returns: Settlement Offer Received for 2x The Litigation Funding Requested

Description Of Legal Dispute

I am requesting litigation funding equal to 50% of a cash settlement offer I received in February in my civil litigation. This was a low ball offer made in the hopes that I would take it, given the dire financial situation created by the litigation itself.

My legal dispute is a civil action in state court in Kansas concerning a company that owns a valuable website. The company was previously managed by an international company who also was responsible for furnishing directors, collecting the revenues and distributing the money per an operating budget agreement while acting in a fiduciary capacity for the ultimate beneficial owners. This company breached its fiduciary duty and filed an unauthorized lawsuit in the name of the company, against the ultimate beneficial owner in Kansas, while misappropriating over $600,000 of the company funds.

The seven count, cross claim petition alleges a variety of torts against this corporate service provider and its director for damages exceeding $2,000,000. This company is regulated and maintains E&O insurance. This corporate service provider was joined as a party in the litigation in September of 2015.

Estimated 320.83% Returns: Settlement Offer Received for 2x The Litigation Funding Requested

Estimated 416.67% Returns: Suspected Fraudulent Transfers by Licensed Securities Broker

Description Of Legal Dispute

I took assignment of six judgments against two insolvent healthcare consulting-firm corporations. I believe that one or more of the former officers in these corporations continued to pay themselves when the corporations were insolvent. Toward the end of their business life, these corporations failed to pay their consultants, who braved the challenging workplace environment of California state prisons. About 50 of these healthcare workers got burned by these two Corporation employers. Yet many of these workers were told not to bother suing because the corporations were insolvent. The corporations let default judgments be taken against them, so an alter ego action probably won’t work. I have hearsay evidence that at least one of these corporate officers knew exactly what he was doing. I need to schedule a judgment debtor’s examination and issue a subpoena to the corporations former bank, to confirm whether the president was continuing to pay himself. I need $400 as a witness fee to the bank, $200 for service of process to other persons, and an unknown amount for a deposition officer, court reporter, and miscellaneous expenses. If the evidence supports it, I’ll also need money to file a fraudulent transfer lawsuit with its associated fees. $2400 is a rough estimate that should enable me to move things forward and generate the evidence that would justify another small round of fundraising later if needed. The president of one of these corporations is very wealthy, and is a licensed securities broker. I don’t believe that the failure of his company arose merely from incompetence.
