This is a Lawsuit against multiple defendants, filed in US District Court Northern Division.

The basis of the above claim emanate from the wrongful detention and threat of police booking and incarceration, without probable cause, that I suffered as a result of being illegally detained by third parties with the consent and assistance of two Anne Arundel County Police officers on or about February 21, 2014, at the premises of Maryland Live Casino in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Jury Judgement in Campione Case:

-Compensatory Damages: $500,000

-Punitive Damages: $1,000,000

I would note however that in the Campione case the casino was the only defendant whereas in my case the county and other defendants may be assessed damages.
