Litigation Financing - Half the Reward Available to Investors

This case is a personal injury case – personal tort, i.e., “defamation” case. The case is in the Central District of California. The Plaintiff is the only remaining plaintiff and needs support to fight this case against Defendants who are heavily politically active and aggressive.

As a contractor, the Plaintiff informed the Defendant of fraudulent activity. The Defendant ask the Plaintiff to commit fraud. Plaintiff refused. Plaintiff was a contractor for a short period of time for the Defendant’s businesses.

Defendant retaliated by publicly making statements that were false and knowingly false, in radio interviews, web postings, using criminal reports that did not pertain to Plaintiff. The Defendant’s public statements are defamation per se, not based on truth; and Defendant has placed Plaintiff in a false light and has invaded Plaintiff’s privacy. This case needs investors in order for Plaintiff to continue.

The defamation on the web has been very hard on Plaintiff’s ability to get a job. The Defendant’s actions have been politically vindictive.

The appellate court denied the Defendant’s Anti-Slapp claim defense and subsequently, the Defendant filed a motion to dismiss.

The Plaintiff is and has always been a private figure with no criminal record. The activity of the Defendant has caused continual harm to the Plaintiff and has propagated a false identity of the Plaintiff by web postings, etc.
