I have three case two are in Federal Court the third is in Supreme for now.
Case #1 NY city Register shows my sister, Uncle, and other relatives changing their name to acquire property from my fathers estate they committed forgery and its all documented. Including the conspiracy.
Case #2 The relatives to try and get rid of me had a woman who got a job with a company who teaches domestic violence commit perjury and had me arrested. I have been acquitted at trial in one case already, the lawyer quit, and the Judge recused herself after exclaiming that a man will not win in her court.
the ADA lied which I have them all on audio tape and in e-mails. I have a NYPD DT on audio his statement indicates my innocence. Clear Violations.
Case # 3 After going to the VA for help they caused me damages and had the police in Nassau take me to a hospital were they violated my civil rights. I have all the documentation and the suite is in Federal court awaiting poor man application.
Fraud, Forgery, Perjury, False Arrest.
