It is a sad state of affairs when law enforcement and judicial officials ignore credible witnesses. Many times officials wait until public crowds ask for justice. Sometimes officials wait until irrefutable photos and videos surface. Embarrassment and unjust decisions can be avoided by listening to all witnesses objectively and fairly. One recent example is mentioned here. “The Salt Lake County D.A. has agreed to re-examine the shooting death of 42-year-old James Barker in light of new cellphone video that has surfaced. Barker was shot and killed by Utah officer Matthew Taylor in 2015.” http://www.nbcnews.com/video/cellphone-video-prompts-second-look-at-officer-involved-shooting-599143491900
