What kind of evidence and legal documents should I attach to my campaign? How safe is it?

Public evidence

It is against our mission to compromise your case by making confidential documents public or to interfere in your attorney-client privilege. We do not want sensitive information falling into the wrong hands. Invest4Justice was not created to put your litigation at risk. Therefore, before making any confidential document publicly available, consult with your lawyer and our legal team.

Password-protected evidence

There are 2 main reasons we recommend our users to upload evidence. Some investors might need proof that your legal dispute is real. They might also want to check the status of your ongoing case to see if their chances of winning returns are high. Keep in mind that documents stored under our password-protected system will only be shown to serious investors upon their request and your approval.

How do I upload evidence and ensure that it is password-protected?

It is very easy to upload evidence about a case and to ensure that it is password protected. This way, only the people who you give the password to can download a copy of your confidential evidence.

Firstly, make sure you are logged-in. Secondly, enter your user profile or your campaign and click on “Evidence”. Before uploading a document you are given several sharing options; select “password-protected”. Finally, select the password that you will use.

Each user has 500MB of free storage to start with, although more can be added for free if needed.
