Tea party activists--a call to rise against tyranny

I am the founder of an Oregon Business Trust that was created by a contract of formation pursuant to Oregon statutory law.

The company is now being targeted by corrupt government officials because of my activities as a civil rights activist.

The company is theoretically protected by the corporate person hood doctrine through various constitutional clauses and therein be entitled to due process of law, equal protection of law, privacy rights, freedom from government intrusion and interference, and so on.

However, by and through powerful administrative agencies the company has been subjected to ever expanding litigation and demands for information related to my activities as a civil rights activist.

The company having been entangled in litigation for 8 months now no longer can afford an attorney and is on the verge defaulting in the proceedings. facing heavy fines, and losing it operating license because it can not afford an attorney.

Thus never being afforded the opportunity to answer to the allegations in the first place.

Big government demonizing small businesses. Small business is the backbone of this country. We do the real work in the communities, and we do it for an honest price.

What is wrong with that?

If any body out there can make any type of pledge to help the company pay for an attorney it would be greatly appreciated.
