Invest4Justice - Pledges Now Remain In A Contributor's Possession Until All Required Funding Has Been Raised

Invest4Justice – Pledges Now Remain In A Contributor’s Possession Until And Unless All Required Funding Has Been Raised

Thanks to Paypal adaptive payments, all amounts that are pledged to a case no longer pass throw an escrow account prior to reaching a litigant. They are now sent directly from the contributor to the litigant, if and only if they are actually raised in full, using Paypal adaptive payments. If the full amounts are not raised, the pledge is automatically cancelled.

This ensures that no transfers take place unless the full amounts have been raised, avoiding the need for an escrow account and ensuring that all transactions take place directly, without the interference of a middleman.

We hope that you enjoy this new functionality, which makes funding a legal case even less expensive than before! You have nothing to lose, so please make a pledge for a new case!
