NancyinFrance married a French man who abused her oldest daughter, thus she filed for divorce, hoping she would settle for what she entitled to. Nonetheless, after getting a divorce she’s lost almost everything, she even ended up living in a shelter with her oldest daughter. The French system failed her and her children. Her ex-husband even got custody of her younger daughter- even though her oldest complained of sexual abuse! It’s outraging! Besides, her properties were sold without her consent and authorization; the properties she put her life savings in. Consequently, she not only lost her job, her financial assets but also the faith of her family and her dignity.

NancyinFrance is now waiting for the French court decision to find out on whether or not her ex-husband illegally obtained permission to sell the properties without her consent. She is also waiting to find out if the real estate agency in charge along with the assigned notary, including her ex-husband will be held responsible for intentionally concealing the real state of the land property.
