Dozens of New Members Sign Up To Invest In Justice
Although the idea of peer-to-peer litigation crowdfunding to invest in justice is brand new, it is catching on.
Although Invest4Justice has only been open to the public for a few weeks, it already has dozens of lawyers, litigants and potential investors as Members who are interested in investing in justice. A number of new cases have been registered by plaintiffs who would prefer to allow others to fund their legal case, in return for a portion of the benefits that are received as compensation. Cases seeking donations of up to 10,000 individuals have also been filed. It seems likely that growth will accelerate quickly, as Members pay nothing at all to join and Invest4Justice benefits everyone except for those who violate others’ legal rights.
The initial Members who would like to invest in justice come from diverse countries, including the United States, Turkey, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Venezuela, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and India. Once enough users have signed up, from enough different countries, there will be the critical mass that is required to make equal access to justice a reality, which no longer depends on the wealth of those whose legal rights have been violated.
There are hundreds of millions of people around the world who lack the financial resources to access justice today, and who could clearly benefit by having their case peer-to-peer litigation funded on Invest4Justice. Having access to justice in the face of wrong is a fundamental human right which is violated on a daily basis, as it has been throughout history. Although the legal industry is deeply conservative, and littered with vested interests, even the most cynical of legal professionals cannot contest that equal access to justice is a good thing, and indeed many bloody conflicts could be avoided if more people had access to it.
There are also hundreds of millions of individuals who care about legal rights, such as the right to a clean environment or the equal rights of women, and who also have the funds available to do something about it. There are also millions of people who could financially benefit by earning the superb profits made available by helping others to fund their legal disputes, with respect to which investments in stocks and bonds can pale in comparison.
Invest4Justice is also receiving press attention, in such publications as Crowdfunding Insider, and we expect it to continue expanding rapidly.
Sign up today to help ensure that, in the very near future, anyone, anywhere in the world, regardless of their financial circumstances, has the ability to defend their legal rights in court.
If you have a friend who lacks the means to pay to assert their legal rights, tell them about Invest4Justice. If you need assistance defending yourself, do not hesitate to sign up as it costs nothing.
This is a new tool to combat global wrong that we deeply believe in. Please contact contact@invest4justice.com if you need help signing up.
