As a Consultant Charge by Director of Ministry of Trade Western Region of Ghana to Prepare a comprehensive business plan and assist in managing Abuesi Fish Processing Association to win a grant $100,000 from EDAIF a subsidiary institution of Ministry of trade to empower their venture. Since 2012 all was prepared on a contract of agreement with the director of trade signing as a witness to that effect.
I have used all my resource to support their effort to win the funds which the quality nature of the business plan and internal organizational work done by my effort warn them more than the $100,000 but was issued a grant value $300,000 through EDAIF from Government of Ghana.
Yet per my contract was 15% of the $100,000 grant , i have not ask for even any further amount on the extra amount added to the agreed grant value. Yet this Association are refusing to pay just my 15% which is the $15000
That is all the details of my Case at the High Court of Western Region of Ghana.

Swiss law will be applicable to any contract that is formed based on this public promise.
