I desperately seeking financial or legal support to take legal enforcement actions against someone who had cheated my hard-earned money about 10 years ago. I appeal for your kind donations to see justice being served and prevail over unscrupulous, dishonest and immoral people who cheat.
The Singapore State Courts has awarded me the amount of $17,000 in January 2014 against the person. But he refused to pay up till now and the only solution is to enforce bankruptcy proceeding to force him to pay up. He has the money to pay as he live in a private house and is currently being employed. He is certain to pay up as to avoid being declared bankrupt if I engage lawyer to serve him with bankruptcy proceedings.
Several lawyers quoted me legal fees ranging from $4,000 to $5,000 to file for bankruptcy proceedings against the person. I’m currently financially tight to even afford few thousands dollars and desperate to claim for the $17,000 which was my hard-earned money that had been cheated by this person.
When the person pays up after being served with bankruptcy proceedings, I pledge to re-donate part of the amount to other fund seekers of Invest4Justice, to show my gratitude towards donors for justice.
I will provide more details with legal documents if anyone would like to contact me for proof of the case.
