Family falling short on funding

We have been battling a custody suit for three years, we knew from the start that the biological father of our two girls was bad news but no one had heard from him in four years. We were struck with the lawsuit demanding sole custody. Obviously, that was not granted by the courts, but the battle had not ended. We have finally been able to gather evidence of alcohol and drug abuse along with domestic violence within the biological father’s home with him directly involved. We have exhausted all of our resources and do not want to have to quit now while we are finally pulling ahead and ensuring that our children are safe. However, we have quite literally gone into debt in the process. We can afford our repayments as they are but nothing more. We were granted an emergency restraining order and granted drug tests on everyone within the home to include a home inspection. Everyone within the home tested positive for drugs and the home was deemed unfit. We now face financial issues moving forward from this point. We are drawing to an end but cannot do it on our own. Please help us save our girls from this, they mean the world to us.
