We have created a new system that allows potential investors for investing in the strongest cases hosted on our platform!
While it is hard to assess whether or not a litigation will be successful, our legal team picked 4 cases that have the best chances to win in court.
Why? First of all, we communicate intensively with plaintiffs and their lawyers and ask for case evidence that is most of the time kept confidential or password-protected. Serious investors can request evidence upon the litigant’s request. Second of all, it is in Invest4Justice’s best interest for contributors to be confident when investing in a case. Our lawyers don’t solely want plaintiffs to win but also investors to earn a return on their investment for enabling access to justice. Therefore, after a careful revision of investment cases featured on our platform, we bundled the most compelling cases and raising investors’ chances to earn substantial returns to almost 400%.
We have created a grading system to help us select the strongest cases. To illustrate, see the following table and criteria to see how we graded and picked case 4: “Gambling Claim: Poker Freedom”

*Lawyer in charge: YES or NO. You will have better chances to get the funding you need if a lawyer is in charge of the case and estimate the chances of success.
If you already have an on-going campaign open to investments on Invest4Justice and want us to reveal your grade privately or publicly, please do not hesitate to notify us by sending an e-mail at admin@invest4justice.com. Besides, it is important for you to know what are the strenghts and weaknesses of your campaign. This way, we will point out to you how you can increase your campaign’s overall performance. Remember that getting funding is not easy and our team is working tremendously for your litigation campaign to be successful, however, most of the work comes from your efforts and determination!
Good luck!
