Headline: UK litigation concerning EU registered design infringement
I am the freelance designer of the oven net assembly, and the oven net shelf assembly. I am contacting you because a company based in the UK has infringed on my design by making and distributing derivative copies without my permission.
The oven net assembly is covered by a EU registered community design and the blueprints have also been copyrighted with the US copyright office.
I sought legal advice back in 2010 when I first recognised the problem but the enquiries that I made indicated that I would have to make a substantial financial outlay to resolve the problem, which I can not afford.
